Registration process > InformationRegistration for SEL2025 is a two-step process:
1. Application To participate in SEL2025, each participant must download the application form and send the completed form to sel2025@sciencesconf.org before February 15, 2025. A receipt confirmation of the form will be sent at the latest one week after receiving the application. After selection by the committee, an acceptance or rejection email will be sent by mid-March at the latest. Selection will be done on a rolling basis within the limits of available spots, so don't wait until the last minute! Important To facilitate quick networking and to identify participants and their research interests, it is strongly encouraged that each participant presents their research during poster sessions (A0 portrait format), preceded by flash oral presentations (based on one or two slides). Therefore, please make sure to fill out the second page of the application form with the title of your poster and a brief abstract (<250 words) of the research it will present.
2. Registration Accepted participants are encouraged to register online as soon as they receive the confirmation of acceptance. The registration fee (including access to courses, accommodation, and meals for the entire duration of the school, taxes included) is as follows:
Fee waivers will be available for participants employed by CNRS. Request for Financial Support PhD students employed by institutions other than CNRS can apply for financial support to attend the school by sending a request, signed by their thesis supervisor, to sel2025@sciencesconf.org. Grants will be awarded to selected participants after reviewing all received requests. |
