Registration process > Registration steps
Registration is open from June 2 to July 7.
The registration fees initially communicated are guaranteed until June 20. After this date, late registration fees will apply as follows, so don’t wait to register!
Late registration fees (from June 20):
- €1200 for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers
- €1700 for permanent staff from public institutions
- €2000 for staff from private companies
Please note: early bird or late registration fees apply based on the date your pre-registration is entered in the Azur Colloque platform.
Registration involves 4 steps, briefly described below.

Registration Steps:
- Step 1: Fill out the registration form available on this website (see Registration page).
- Step 2: Complete your pre-registration on the Azur Colloque platform (managed by CNRS).
- Step 3: Once your pre-registration has been approved by our team, you will receive a link by email. Use this link to complete the form, choose your payment method, and validate your submission. This step finalizes your registration.
- Step 4: After validation, you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice attached. Please forward this invoice to your administrative or accounting office so payment can be processed.
